This deposit includes the following:
- It saves your spot in the camp, because there are only a few seats available.
- It includes sending you the exact flight details you need to get to the camp.
- It includes us helping you with any questions in regards to the camp.
- It includes us guiding you where and how to get a Russian visa, if you need one.
- Last but not least, the deposit will go toward the total package price and will be taken off your final payment.
Please note, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
- If you decide not to purchase a package.
- If your flight is delayed or canceled.
- If you have family emergencies or personal issues.
- If you experience financial difficulties.

If you choose not to attend the camp for any reason, such as:
- Visa denial
- Canceling at any time before the camp begins
- Health issues or illness
- Changes in work or school schedule
- Travel restrictions or border closures
No refunds will be issued. No exceptions.
