Rise ‘N Glide Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy 2025 -2026

Payment Requirement:

The full package amount must be paid by the deadline specified on our website under each camp tab.
All deposits made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation and Refund Schedule:

0 to 14 days: If you cancel within 14 days of the camp's start date or fail to show up, no refund will be issued.
15 to 29 days: If you cancel 15 to 29 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 5% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
30 to 40 days: If you cancel 30 to 40 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 15% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
41 to 50 days: If you cancel 41 to 50 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 25% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
51 to 60 days: If you cancel 51 to 60 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 35% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
61 to 70 days: If you cancel 61 to 70 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 45% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
71 to 80 days: If you cancel 71 to 80 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 55% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
81 to 90 days: If you cancel 81 to 90 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 65% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
91 to 120 days: If you cancel 91 to 120 days before the camp begins, you will receive a 75% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made more than 120 days before the camp start date will receive an 90% refund of the package cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Formula is as follows: (Package Cost - $Deposit) × %Refund
Once confirmed, refunds will be processed and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
