As-Salāmu ʿAlaykum, and Welcome!

My name is Tahseenov, and I am the Owner and Founder of Rise ‘N Glide. Martial arts have always been a passion of mine. I have trained in Shotokan Karate, competed in both amateur and professional Muay Thai, and for the past 12 years, I have devoted myself to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Rise ‘N Glide was born from a simple idea—something I personally was craving—that led me to create something that didn’t exist. While living in the UAE, I had the privilege of training under my Dagestani Jiu-Jitsu coach, Umar Abdulrashidov—the founder and head coach of JSJ Team. He is a true master, holding black belts in both Judo and Jiu-Jitsu, and is also a Combat Sambo World Champion.

During my trips to Dagestan, I realized there wasn’t a structured, all-in-one training camp that offered accommodation, transportation, meals, and cultural enrichment—the exact experience I had envisioned.

Over the course of eight years, I turned that vision into reality. Today, Rise ‘N Glide is proud to be the FIRST and ONLY to provide exclusive wrestling and grappling training camps in Dagestan, Russia, offering a unique experience that combines elite training in our world-class facilities with unforgettable cultural and touristic activities.
